After the top five betting picks on the win totals, we bring you the best bets for division and conference winners in the 2019 NFL season. Likewise, we’ll take a closer look at the Super Bowl LIV odds and give you our long-shot predictions.

Top Betting Picks for Division Winners

The Patriots should own the AFC East as they did in the previous ten years, and the price is not tempting at -500. The Jets acquired Le’Veon Bell this summer, while the Bills have a talented roster and great defense, but they cannot oust the Pats this year.

Likewise, Seattle and San Francisco are good teams, but the Rams will retain the crown in the NFC West at -200 odds. The Saints are -180 favorites to win the NFC South, and I think it’s a fair price considering the Falcons and Panthers who will be pleased to clinch the wild-card spot this season.

These are our three best picks for the division winners, and the LA Chargers could upset the Chiefs in the AFC West, but all other divisions promise thrilling battle. The Chargers are +190 underdogs, while the Chiefs are -160 favorites, and the bookies underestimated Los Angeles a bit.

Elsewhere, we have the AFC North where the Browns (+125), Steelers (+190), and Ravens (+260) all could win the title. The Steelers lost Antonio Brown, but they still have enough firepower along with a tough defense, as well as the Ravens who’ll try to retain the crown.

It’s a similar situation in the NFC North where Chicago (+170), Green Bay (+190), and Minnesota (+210) will fight for the title. And, what about the AFC South where the Colts (+120) lead the way, but Houston (+220), Jacksonville (+375), and Tennessee (+650) all stand a chance thanks to their tough defenses.

Finally, the Eagles are +100 favorites to win the NFC East ahead of the Cowboys at +130 odds. It seems like these two teams are far better than Washington (+900) and New York Giants (+1100).

Conference Winners & Super Bowl LIV Odds and Predictions

The Patriots are topping the list with +700 odds to retain the title and +300 odds to win their fourth straight AFC championship. Bill Belichick and Tom Brady enter their 20th season with the Pats, looking for their 12th Super Bowl appearance and seventh Vince Lombardi Trophy.

It’s difficult to wager against the Patriots, but I think someone will beat them in the playoffs this term. Rob Gronkowski has retired which will be a huge blow for New England’s offense, although the reigning champs signed the five-time Pro Bowl WR Demaryius Thomas.

The Pats will rely on their excellent defense once again, but I would rather go with an upset instead of laying my money on Bill Belichick’s team. The Kansas City Chiefs are listed as +375 favorites to win the AFC; the Cleveland Browns and LA Chargers are both at +700, while the Indianapolis Colts are set at +800 odds.

Although the Chiefs have the 2018 MVP Patrick Mahomes under center, I doubt their chances to win the Super Bowl LIV at +800 odds. All other teams will be better prepared for Mahomes, while the Chiefs’ defense doesn’t look like an elite one.

The Browns acquired Odell Beckham Jr., Kareem Hunt, and Sheldon Richardson. Still, I think they will need more time to gel the things, but the LA Chargers look like a team who could beat the Patriots in the AFC. The Chargers are well-balanced and possess plenty of talent and experience on both sides of the ball.

Howsoever, my first two picks to win the Super Bowl LIV are coming from the NFC. The reigning vice-champions Los Angeles Rams at +750 and the New Orleans Saints at +800. I think these two teams will meet in the NFC Championship Game, and the winner will beat the AFC champ in the Super Bowl LIV.

The Rams have a lethal offense led by Jared Goff who threw for 4688 yards and 32 touchdowns last season. Todd Gurley is one of the best running backs in the league, while the Rams’ receiving corps possesses three remarkable players – Brandin Cooks, Cooper Kupp, and Robert Woods.

Likewise, the Rams have the two-time reigning DPOY Aaron Donald. If they improve defensively, the Rams could easily replicate a 13-3 record from 2018. The head coach Sean McVay enters his third season at the Rams’ helm, and he won 24 regular-season games over the previous two years.

On the other side, the New Orleans Saints will be highly motivated to get a payoff this season after losing the NFC Championship Game to the Rams thanks to referees’ mistake. The Saints lost Mark Ingram this summer, but they signed a few interesting players, fortifying their roster, especially at the defensive end.

Drew Brees will lead the Saints’ brutal offense that averaged 31.5 points per game last season. Michael Thomas and Alvin Kamara will be Drew’s main targets, and if this trio stays healthy, the Saints should return to the NFC Championship Game.
