  • Baltimore Orioles vs. Houston Astros

The American League showdown at Minute Maid Park in Houston will see the Orioles taking on the Astros for the first time this season. The Astros won 17 of their last 20 meetings with the Orioles and 12 of the previous 13 head-to-head duels in Houston.

The Orioles were one of two worst teams in the league heading into their matchup with Texas on Thursday, while the Astros topped the American League alongside Minnesota. Baltimore is surrendering 6.10 runs per game which are the most in the league, and the Orioles allowed 123 home runs which is another worst record in baseball. Houston is tallying 5.16 runs per contest (8th in the league) and a .344 on-base percentage (2nd in the league).

Baltimore will start Gabriel Ynoa, and the right-hander is 0-2 in two starts and nine relief appearances this season with a 5.06 ERA and a 1.54 WHIP. The Orioles won just two of their last ten games with Ynoa on the mound.

On the other side, the Astros will counter with Gerrit Cole who’s 5-5 in 13 starts this season with a 3.94 ERA and a 1.04 WHIP. The right-hander will get his second-ever starting nod against the Orioles, pitching six innings in a 2-1 victory last season, while the Astros are 6-1 in his last seven starts.

The Astros are listed as massive favorites for a reason. They outlasted the Orioles by two or more runs in six of the last seven H2H duels at Minute Maid Park, so take the Astros to cover the spread.

  • Houston Astros -180 over Baltimore Orioles by two or more runs

  • Toronto Raptors vs. Golden State Warriors

The Warriors are 2-1 down and desperately need Kevin Durant back, so we believe KD will return tonight to help the Warriors even the finals. While Durant is still listed as questionable, Klay Thompson will play after missing Game 3 due to a hamstring injury.

The reigning champions were helpless Wednesday night, losing 123-109 as 3-point home favorites. Stephen Curry dropped 47 points, but he couldn’t beat the Raptors on his own. Steph will need more help from his teammates, and with the Warriors in a must-win situation, KD should take the floor tonight.

The Raptors smell blood and will be a tough opponent to beat, but they will also have a tall task to outlast the Warriors at Oracle Arena two times in a row. Golden State will bring its best game to this one, especially at the defensive end after allowing 123 points in Game 3, so take the hosts to cover.

  • Golden State Warriors -5.5 at -110

  • Sporting Kansas City vs. Toronto FC

While Toronto is winless in six straight games, recording four losses and a couple of draws in that span, Kansas City won just one of its last 12 contests along with six defeats and five ties. Hereof, picking the side bet would be a tricky job, so we suggest you focus on the totals.

Kansas City couldn’t keep its net intact in 14 straight games, scoring on ten of those 14 occasions. On the other side, Toronto recorded a clean sheet in two of its previous 11 outings, bagging at least a goal eight times in the process.

Considering the stats and teams’ current form, we expect to see some goals on both sides. Take both teams to score along with three or more goals in the total. Six of the last eight H2H duels saw both teams scoring and three or more goals in the total including the last season’s clash that was finished in a 2-2 draw.

  • Both Teams to Score YES & Over 2.5 Goals at -120
