Toronto Raptors enter their Game 5 with the Heat tied at 2-games apiece.

The Miami Heat and the Toronto Raptors will take the floor for Game 5 of the NBA Conference Finals Wednesday Night with the series currently tied at 2 games apiece.

The Heat were led by Dwayne Wade with 30 points in Game 4 Monday, including a layup which sent the game to overtime where the Heat won the game by a score of 94-87.

“It looked dark for a minute,” Wade said of Miami’s late comeback in the final minutes of the fourth quarter, “but there was no quit in us.”

Joe Johnson contributed 15 points for the Heat, while Goran Dragic also chipped in with 15 points, and a 3-pointer that basically clinched the game for the Heat in the final 30 seconds of overtime.

Miami had only led for 13 seconds in the fourth quarter, and it was the third time in four games of this championship series that the game needed overtime.

“That’s what you get when two teams are trying to make the conference finals,” said Toronto’s Kyle Lowry after Game 4, “We’re going at it.”

Toronto only shot 39% in Game 4, and will need to bounce back with a stronger shooting performance in Game 5 if they want to take the 3-2 series lead. The Raptors were in control for most of the fourth quarter, and let the game slip away in the final minutes.

Dwayne Wade is looking like the great player that we’ve come to expect throughout his career. He’s been the best player in the series and taken over games when the Heat needed it most. They’ll need more similar efforts from their leader if they hope to go back to Miami with a 3-2 lead for Game 6.
