For as good as the Dodgers have been this season, they strike out a lot — 857 times, to be exact, the 12th-most in the league. Enter Logan Webb, who has been a pleasant surprise on the mound for the Giants. The 24-year-old shows a solid 9.6 K/9 and has a very low strikeout prop number to overcome tonight. He should get over it with relative ease.

Men’s Olympic Soccer – Mexico vs. France – Thursday, 4:00 a.m. ET
Mexico’s men’s team has a history of performing well at the Olympics, winning gold in 2012. El Tri has some promising young talent and veteran leadership in the form of goalkeeper Guillermo Ochoa. They could make things very uncomfortable for, and possibly even pull off the upset against, a French team that is less talented than you’d think.

Between this postseaon’s PRAs, first-half totals, live wagers, and spreads, I’ve enjoyed all the intricacies of basketball betting more than any other year. But enough sentimentality. It’s never too soon to look at next season, even the day after the Finals conclude: The Nets opened as +200* favorites to win the 2022 Finals, followed by the Lakers at +525*, and the Bucks at +900*.
