Parlay Play of the Day July 29 2021

Parlay Play of the day courtesy of the run down. Enjoy these free parlay betting picks below for tonight and tomorrow.

First Leg – 8:05 p.m. ET

While Cubs fans anxiously await to see if their stars will be traded, the team has won three of its last five home games. The Reds cash the run line as an away favorite only 28.6% of the time, so the Cubs make nice dogs here.

For the second leg, we’ll cover ourselves by taking Spain’s moneyline. Even if Argentina can muster a cover, it seems unlikely they’ll take down the Spaniards.

Pick: Cubs +1.5 and Spain Moneyline Parlay (+103)*

Olympic Men’s Basketball – Japan vs. Slovenia – Thursday, 12:40 a.m. ET

After his 48-point masterpiece against Argentina, we’re beyond tempted to throw down on Luka Doncic’s point prop set at 31.5*. However, considering the Japanese will likely try to lock him down to avoid embarrassment, the safer play is probably Doncic’s assist prop. The 22-year-old got over this number in five straight international contests prior to missing it last game, so it stands to reason he’ll reach it with added pressure on him.

Pick: Luka Doncic Over 8.5 Assists (-115)*

Bold Bet

Olympic Men’s Tennis – Carreno Busta vs. Medvedev – Thursday, 3:30 a.m. ET

“I can finish the match, but I can die… If I die, are you going to be responsible?” These were the words uttered by Daniil Medvedev to the chair umpire during his narrow three-set victory over Fabio Fognini. Clearly, the ROC athlete is struggling with the heat. Considering PCB has beaten Medvedev on hardcourt before (at Indian Wells in 2018), this could be a good spot for him to pull the upset.

Pick: Pablo Carreno Busta +260*
Degenerate Corner

The only thing more degenerate than betting on an obscure sport like rugby is doing so in the wee hours of the morning. Last night, after cashing on New Zealand in the semifinals and Penny Oleksiak in women’s swimming, then, for some reason deciding to stay up for USA’s entire beatdown of Iran, my sleep-deprived brain decided it would be a good idea to throw a little extra cash on NZ to finish it off with a gold medal. Needless to say, “Nothing good happens after 2 a.m.”
